Curious about Intermediate Yoga? We work on peak postures through alignment based sequencing and the support of props, as in this video. To take intermediate, a student should know the basics of surya namaskars (sun salutations) be able to hold a plank with knees off the ground, and feel relatively stable in a down dog.
