Curious ... anyone on here publishing through Lulu? Im a new author and wondering if I should wait until my book gets on Amazon (via Lulu) to send everyone there to buy it. My concern is Ive got a good amount of people ready to buy once its published and put up reviews, but Amazon seems the place where Id want them to be. Trouble is, Im told it can take up to 8 weeks to show on Amazon and my customers might not want to wait that long.
