Curious case indeed............... One Mr Gurvinder Singh - TopicsExpress

Curious case indeed............... One Mr Gurvinder Singh driving a Tata Indica meets with an accident at 0630 with an Maruti SX4 sedan. The prime occupant of the Maruti SX4 Mr Gopinath Munde dies of cardiac arrest at the AIIMS, the driver and PSO accompanying are not injured nor is Mr Gurvinder Singh. As per Delhi police, the driver of the Maruti SX4 violated traffic signal. However it was the driver of the Tata Indica Mr Gurvinder who was arrested on charges of offences under sections 279 (rash and negligent driving) and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the IPC and NOT the driver of the Maruti SX4. Despite the police insisting that The Special Cell (of Delhi Police) and Intelligence Bureau are investigating all the aspects and they are not leaving any stone unturned to investigate whether there was any conspiracy angle, ........ the charges slapped on Mr Gurvinder are bailable. The Metropolitan Magistrate Puneet Pahwa granted bail to Mr Gurvinder Singh promptly. The pictures of the Indica and the Maruti SX4 do not indicate a major accident causing huge damage either. If at all the Tata Indica seems to have suffered more sideways impact damage than the SX4.
