The 30-year-old South African captain needed just 31 balls to reach 100 -- five balls fewer than Corey Andersons hundred for New Zealand against the West Indies in 2013/14. De Villiers made 149 off 44 balls. A nominal fee would be charged for certification of various online courses. There will be a change in the examination pattern and the overall admission process. ====================================================== Metro darshan ====================================================== Artist Manish Minglani, who commutes between Dwarka and Gurgaon everyday on the metro, decided to capture these characters on paper. He collaborated with art student Ashwani Nagar to create 12 illustrations for the series Life in a Metro.One shows people scrambling for seats in an empty coach. Another, `Taak Jhaak, shows neighbours peering over a commuters shoulders to get a look at the days newspaper. `Show Stopper is a sassy youngster who refuses to join the queue for the oncoming train. He has headphones clamped on and is impervious to the glares of older passengers. The illustrations went viral on the internet after Minglani, who works as a creative controller at Ogilvy & Mather in Gurgaon, published them on his Facebook page last December. They have had more than 1,000 shares till now. ====================================================== Bangladesh blocks Viber, Tango: ====================================================== Bangladesh on Sunday blocked internet calling and messaging services Viber and Tango, amid security concerns, a media report said. The International Gateways, which channelises internet traffic in the country, said the two applications were shut down in the early hours on Sunday on the orders of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). ====================================================== Bajaj set to launch 400cc Pulsar: ====================================================== Bajaj Auto is aiming to regain its lost share in the two-wheeler market with six product launches in the next six months that will include a new 100 cc motorcycle besides a 400cc model under its flagship brand Pulsar. In the April-December period this fiscal, in the domestic market Bajaj Auto sold 13,91,341 units as against 16,05,308 units in the same period last fiscal, down 13.33 per cent. ====================================================== Computer education may be made mandatory ====================================================== Computer education in government schools may be introduced as a compulsory subject from Class VIII from the forthcoming academic year in the State. The State Council of Education and Research Training (SCERT) has sent proposals to the Telangana Government in this regard and sought the creation of 4,550 posts for computer teachers. This will entail an expenditure of Rs.106.86 crore in the first year to procure computers, apart from a recurring annual cost of Rs.40.95 crore.
