Persistent and heavy rain will develop this evening and overnight, before dying out later tomorrow morning. Rainfall amounts during the period are expected to be 20-40 mm on low ground, with 40-80 mm on the hills. This will give a risk of localised flooding, especially where any drains are blocked by leaves. Also, with moderate or rough seas and fairly big tides, some splash over of waves and debris is likely at around high tide tonight and tomorrow afternoon (approximately 01:48 and 14:10).
