(GRADE 7 NS-Life & Living: Biodiversity; GRADE 8 NS Life & Living: Ecology, Ecosystems, Feeding Relationships, Energy Flow(Food Chains & Food Webs), Balance(Population Dynamics), Adaptions, Conservation. - Adaption for Function- making use of leaves, flowers, pollinators etc(GRADE 7 NS-Life & Living: Biodiversity) - Interactions and Interdependance within the Enviroment. (GRADE 8 NS Life & Living: Ecology, Ecosystems, Feeding Relationships, Energy Flow(Food Chains & Food Webs), Balance(Population Dynamics), Adaptions, Conservation. -Rocky and Sandy shore visit to identify rock pool organisms at low tide with emphasis on adaption to extreme enviroments, or sandy shores at high tide, with emphasis on dune formation and dynamics.
