( IT / CS / Physics / Mathematics) and BCA Requisites • Good Communication Skills • Flexible to relocate to any of the locations mentioned above • Flexible to take up any technology that would be allocated to them • Open to working in shifts as per business requirements Salary Package • The candidate will be hired at Level 1 for 6 months at INR 120,000/- P.A. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects • Candidates will move to Level 2 after 6 months at INR 150,000/- P.A • Retention Bonus of INR 50,000/- will be paid upon completion of 24 months from their movement to Level 2 • Candidates need to sign a 24 months Bond with MphasiS. In case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000/- will be recovered from the employee
