Currently, Mr. Ingham focuses on construction defense litigation and criminal defense, to include DUI defense, DMV hearings, and other criminal matters. Mr. Ingham was licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2006. He clerked for the District Court in Jefferson County for the Honorable Randall Arp for 16 months, handling a docket consisting of felony criminal matters, civil litigation, and domestic filings. He then worked as a prosecutor for the City and County of Denver in the Prosecution and Code Enforcement section (PACE). Mr. Ingham prosecuted over 200 jury and bench trials during his five years as a prosecutor, handling cases involving domestic violence, assault, civil unrest cases (DNC and Occupy Denver protests), and other criminal matters. He has also written two-dozen appellate briefs, with two progressing to the Colorado Supreme Court, and one in Federal Court. Mr. Ingham worked with the Denver Police Department, providing training for the officers on issue such as 4th Amendment search and seizure, 1st Amendment free speech, as well as trespass and disturbing the peace trainings. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ingham was in the United States Army for four years, including two tours in the Gulf (Southwest Asia). He attained the rank of Sergeant during his enlistment. Following the Army, Mr. Ingham spent six years working for Janus, a mutual fund company headquartered in Denver. There he held several positions including supervision of the Research Department of Investors Services. As a broker, held NASD securities licenses Series 7 and 63.
