Currently Seeking: Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Manager-FT Purpose: ME/QM is needed to lead the company effort to achieve a lean manufacturing environment. This position involves working with the production process, from product design through post-sale service. As a member of the production team, the ME/QM will work with professionals to identify and execute lean manufacturing principles and machine automation. This position involves significant contact with customers regarding quality issues and is responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships through quality function interactions. Ability to design and maintain quality procedures is necessary. Must be able to lead lean activities, process control, vendor quality, inspection equipment/gauges, fixture qualification, and root cause analysis.
