Currently experimenting with cuppings and custom blends. This one is 1/3 Veranda, 2/3 Guatemala. I tried multiple variants, with results ranging from a really harsh acidity and fleeting finish. What I was looking for came here, a fresh, lingering, soft, and juicy coffee with all my favorites of these two on their own. In a press and as a cupping, this one really reminded me of the characteristics of Latin America in one word - lush.
