Currently in my inbox: Him: Jesus loves you. Me: Jesus was a great man at best and a fabricated/stolen story at worst. Jesus doesnt love me cause he doesnt know me. God loves me. God is love. God could never be born and brought back to life. God is infinite, eternal, formless, shapeless, timeless, limitless. Its hard for people to wrap their minds around this concept because we live in a physical world so humans always want something they can see, touch, hear, eat (Jesuss flesh), drink (Jesuss blood), etc. So they cling to the Jesus story to try and personify God! Im tryna drop jewels on my people but yall gota let go of the slave mentality first.
