Currently, our Georgia Teacher Retirement System could be restructured because we do not have enough people staying in the profession and not many want to enter the profession because of the political dissonance in the testing protocols. We teachers have become proctors and not teachers. We entered the professional to make a difference not to test the heck out of kids.
