Relo is possible Certification and Accreditation Analyst - Indianapolis Teleservices Team This position is on the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Enterprise Re-engineering Initiative Team in Indianapolis. Candidate must be well versed in infrastructure security certification and accreditation policy and procedures. Should be able to work on annual DIACAP packages, response to audit requests, documentation supporting CCRI, FISCAM and other audits. Must understand terminology and concepts associated with infrastructure components such as McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS), intrusion detection systems, eMail security, antivirus, firewalls, forensic tools, and vulnerability scanners. Must understand DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) and its relevance to infrastructure security. Must be able to draft documentation independently, as well as understand existing relevant documentation. Interface with government and contract staff required in the support of DFAS security and engineering projects. Computer Network Defense Analyst - Indianapolis CND Team This position is on the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Computer Network Defense Team in Indianapolis. Candidate must be well versed in infrastructure security components such as McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS), intrusion detection systems, eMail security, antivirus, firewalls, forensic tools, and vulnerability scanners. Should be able to utilize DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) to analyze environment, address network security-related architecture issues, and design and implement compliant technology solutions. Must be able to draft technical documentation as well as understand existing technical manuals, security guidelines, cabling schematics, and design and operational documents. Must have hands-on network security experience - will provide Tier 3 support for network, operating system, applications and architecture. Must be able to address network security-related architecture design in multiple areas such as application interactions, operating systems, directory designs, router/switch, firewall, cross-agency communications. Interface with government and contract staff required in the support of DFAS security and engineering projects. Firewall Tech - Bratenahl Ops Security Team This is on the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Enterprise Operations Security Team in Bratenahl, OH. The position is co-located with the government Operations and Security leads, and much of the DFAS operations staff. Strong technical skills are required in the following areas: Firewall installation, configuration, deployment and operation (McAfee / Sidewinder firewalls), network security technologies including Web Caching, Content Filtering, Web Proxy (ex. Bluecoat), Load Balancing and/or Network Sniffer experience (ex. NetQoS, Big IP, SolarWinds, BlueCoat). Must be able to install, configure, diagram, document and operate solutions which meet robust performance, security, and configuration standards in accordance with federal requirements. Must be able to understand complex technical manuals, security guidelines, cabling schematics and design and operational documents. Candidate must be able to provide Tier 3 support for networking, perimeter security, and application-level communication traffic. Experience supporting large enterprises is required and a familiarity with Remedy ticketing system is beneficial. Strong communication skills are required - position requires daily interface with government and contract technical and management staff in the support of DFAS enterprise network operation and troubleshooting.
