Currently, we are on 99 dogs with their very own Christmas sponsor! THANK YOU :) What an amazing response to our appeal! We never dreamed we could reach this many kind individuals wanting to get involved and feed one of the dogs this Christmas! Thank you all for spreading the word and sharing and of course, choosing a dog! This came from lovely Louise Baldwin who has many Leonberger lovers as friends and who would like to get involved more than they already have by sponsoring one of the hairy beasts. Many of you who follow our work know that we have a lot of rescued Sarplaninac. They are big and hairy and are to Serbia what the Staffy is to the UK. Every pound has them, wrong people own them and through no fault of their own, they have a bad reputation. We have now put up an album for all the Sarplaninac we have in foster and/or paid kennels in the hope of some of them getting their own bag of food this Christmas ! Please bare in mind that some have only recently been rescued and are not looking to great but were working on it !
