Curriculum is the whole body of knowledge taught, or the subjects; how it is ordered, or the scope and sequence; and the means for teaching, or methods. A curriculum encompasses the whole education program from kindergarten through high school, and it includes the subjects taught, the materials and tools used to teach them and the student programs that enrich and remediate, as will as the methods used for discipline. The goal is to cause effective growth in Christian character and scholarship in each student. This is why The Noah Plan curriculum materials do not offer a canned curriculum. The material is fresh daily and inspired by the Holy Spirit to nourish the mind and the heart of the student and the teacher.
