Curry urges Fallin to request Work Comp commissioners’ resignation The president of the Oklahoma chapter of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations asked Gov. Mary Fallin to request resignations from the three Workers Compensation Commission members. “As governor, you appointed these commissions and I am asking you to request the resignation of the three commissioners immediately before any more laws are broken or workers are abused by the very system that is there to protect them,” Oklahoma State AFL-CIO President Jimmy Curry wrote in a letter Friday to Fallin.
