Custard Peanut Butter Cookies 180g Butter 125ml icing sugar 1 cup cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 130ml custard powder Filling: 1 cup smooth peanut butter 1 cup icing sugar, sifted 80g Butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup milk Method: Preheat the oven to 160C. Cream Butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well. Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. For the icing, Cream the peanut butter and icing sugar together with the butter, vanilla and milk. Sandwich the cooled cookies together with the filling
