Custom Resources & Recruitment are currently seeking Experienced Loader Operators for a Crushing and Screening Operation located in The Pilbara region of Western Australia. Specifically the role is accountable for: •Compliance with all Company policies and procedures •Ensure equipment is safe to operate prior to commencing the shift •Operate crushing plant and FEL’s in accordance with company Standard Work Practices •Ensure efficient loading cycles are maintained •Report any operational hazards to the Site Manager / Shift Supervisor Job Specification: Essential certification criteria; 1. Minimum HR vehicle licence 2. FEL Ticket 3. Senior First Aid 4. White Card Desirable certification criteria; 1. Excavator ticket 2. Confined Space 3. Working at Heights 4. Elevated work platform 5. Forklift license 6. Dogman / Rigger 7. Skid Steer Loader Candidates will be required to work a 3 week roster with 1 week R&R (3:1).
