Custom Volkswagen VW Chop Top tub bug beetle NO RUST. FOR SALE: My fully custom Hood ride Rat Rod V-DUB project that is almost completed... Must sell fast... need the money quick.. My Loss is your gain!!! This 1974 Volkswagen Beetle has been fully customized.. It has had over $5000 dollars in metal work alone.. All the smoothing and shaving was done right with metal by a perfessional. It is not a rolling Bondo ball like some cheap rides. The roof has been chopped and all the sides shaved and welded smooth. This gives it the old roadster tubbed look. Hints TUB BUG The entire dash was smoothed except the speedometer and the rear deck lid has license plate counter sunk into it. Rear tail lights shaved and counter sunk into rear fenders. Front turn signals shaved and smoothed along with all bumper bracket holes have been smoothed as well. All door handles and locks shaved and smoothed as well. Bug had new floor pans and heater channels and sprayed with brick red rust inhibitor where put in about 3 years ago when project started from previous owner... This project has been garaged never even seen the sun except day it was shipped to me. Bug has aluminum slotted racing wheels. All new brake lines and fuel lines. Motor is a 1600 4cylinder and previous owner had it rebuilt and is a nice motor with new alternator plugs wires cap rotor and throttle cable. Has freeway flier transmission with new clutch and throw out bearing. Stock pedals and Shifter. Car was also freshly painted Bright Canary yellow two years ago by previous owner. It will also come with all 4 black door panels and two high back black seats. 2 like new running boards and a extra set of front fenders. Sport GT Black steering wheel. Speedometer and light switch and hazard light switch. I will also include new custom vintage tail lights that fit in the rear fenders as well as the custom turn signal lights for the front fenders. It will come with two complete headlight buckets rings and bulbs. Car is completely wired and is set up for 12 volts. Car does need a battery!!! And brakes need to be adjusted and possibly bled. Gas tank was cleaned out and left dry so no rust... Also no rust in front bucket and no rust in rear parcel tray.. This car is closet thing you will see to RUST FREE. All this really needs is someone to finish it up the way they want.. it is almost completed.. I will also throw in a box of extra parts and bolts and misc stuff you may want or use in the future. I am sure I am leaving out some other stuff that has been done to it because there is just so much that was done. It is one SUPER COOL CUSTOM RIDE..... And a spectacular Head turner!!!
