Customer Care Rep . Customer Care Rep/ Admin 1. Job Purpose Coordinate customer care activities including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments and other customer interfaces ensuring a friendly and efficient service. 2. Principal Accountabilities 1. Greet new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Respond to patient complaints and make sure that issues are directed to the appropriate party. 3. Establish, maintain and update patient filing system. 4. Accurately record patient information and make sure that patient files are thorough and complete as per standards set forth by the organization. 5. Liaise with physiotherapist to Schedule patient appointments. 6. Receive and direct mail and faxes to relevant recipients. 7. Respond to customer and patient inquiries as directed by the operations team. 8. Maintain and update patient records to accurately reflect all transactions and activities provided. 9. Prepare periodic reports on customer activities in line with established reporting system. 3. Job Requirements Qualifications • High school degree Working Experience • from 0 - 2 years experience in an administrative role. Skills • Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities. • Advanced organization abilities. • Good knowledge of English language.
