Basic Qualifications and behaviour competencies: Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in inventory planning / replenishment / logistics in Healthcare environment • Supply Chain knowledge, Demand Planning or Logistics • Customer Facing or Collaboration Experience an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Presentation Customer focused and display a sense of urgency • Drive for results and be proactive - self managed and motivated • Have a high level of judgement operating independently within the scope of authority using established procedures (decision-making) • Strong interpersonal skills and resilience • Project management skills and the ability to innovate and develop smarter processes and procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of businesses • Strong analytical skills • Ability to lead and facilitate change • Attention to detail Experience / Skills: • Demonstrated knowledge / experience in forecasting and planning • Demonstrated experience with working with / managing 3PL operations • Demonstrated experience creating reports, performing analysis and presenting reports to management • Demonstrated arithmetic and statistical ability • Understanding of industry forums (CGC) and the ability to incorporate industry workgroup initiatives / findings into the joint value projects • An understanding of the FMCG and Pharmaceutical business • Working experience with Channels and Customers - understanding the Category / Brand / SKU portfolios for each as well as the various Logistics requirements of each • Demonstrated Value Stream understanding and the ability to know where to gather information in order to respond to the Customer (as applicable) • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage more than 1 project at any given time • Demonstrated leadership / entrepreneurial skills Please send an up to date CV in Word format to Laura.Dixon@gijima / view job responsibility at
