Customer Experience (CX) Specialist (Consumer) Position based in Midrand Salary market related Our client in the telecommunications sector has a vacancy for a Customer Experience Specialist, who will be responsible for designing the customer experience for all consumer products. At least 3 to 5 years of customer experience or product development experience required. Minimum requirements (Don’t apply if you do not meet minimum requirements) Matric and a 3 year Degree At least 3 to 5 years experience in customer experience design or product development Consumer product experience preferred Objectives and responsibilities Designing the customer experience for enterprise products Reading product concept description documents Providing customer experience criteria into the product delivery process Assessing compliance against criteria over the product delivery process Presenting to the Steering Committee and forums Building a product performance assessment dashboard Acting as Custodian of the customer experience Performing primary and secondary research into customer experience trends Building frameworks for overall customer experience improvement Providing formalised customer experience criteria to stakeholders Specifying business capabilities and requirements to meet standards Compiling end-to-end customer journey scenarios, etc. Get in touch if you’d like to see the full job description.
