Customer Service Agent Sherwin- Williams - Cleveland, OH This position is active in the pursuit of Paint and Coatings goal of Operational Excellence as it relates to providing “World Class” order management support for multiple brands and Customers. The chosen candidate will be accountable for implementing all order processing and customer specific procedures to maximize customer service and accuracy levels. The Customer Service Agent is required to support continuous process improvement and participates in “Lean Initiatives.” The Agent is accountable for promoting a positive working partnership with: Customers, Sales Operations, Supply Chain Services, Marketing, Financial Services, Regulatory, Product Support and peers. This position is involved with TEAM 150 initiatives. Experience Required: Customer service experience or transferable customer contact experience, demonstrating the ability to provide customer satisfaction through effective communication with every interaction via telephone, email, chat or mail. The Customer Service Agent must have experience utilizing fundamental PC skills as well as good organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Education Required: High School diploma required.
