Customer Service Officer Provide customer support and handle enquiries Coordination of project activities / Do Follow-ups Liaison with various parties Full Time & Part-time (Commitment of at least 2 months) 5 days work week Ang Mo Kio area Candidate must possess at least a N/ O Level, A Level 2 year(s) of working experience Computer literate Able to start work immediately Provide customer support and handle inquiries, scheduling and maintenance operation. Plan and arrange service maintenance appointment with internal and external customers. Handle phone-in and email inquiries. Process delivery order. Create and updating service request including service order processing and Maintenance contract. Manage and ensure proper housekeeping of all Service Record and filing. Coordination of project activities / Follow up on the project progress Liaise amicably and professionally with clients, suppliers and contractor.
