Position is temp to hire. **Maintain accurate and complete documentation and system records in order to continuously improve the customer service experience and reduce potential legal issues. **Handle all inbound/outbound contact with patient, physician, and healthcare providers, etc. in a professional manner while following program guidelines. Follow program call scripts. **Apply corrections and/or updates to the secured program applications and/or CTMC and appropriate documents, that have been identified through data verification or follow up calls **Perform specialized functions/duties on each program in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy (as needed). **Prepare and ship program materials. **Place outbound phone calls for clarification on any issues involving program guidelines. ****Minimum Qualifications: * Certification in a healthcare role/field OR BA/BS degree in a healthcare role/field. *If no certification or BA/BS in a healthcare role, then at least 2 years experience in clinical research. *If no BA/BS degree in a healthcare role/field, nor at least 2 years experience in a clinical setting, then a current certification in a healthcare role/field is required. dlvr.it/7WZ8r2
