Customer Service Representative Reports to: Customer Service Team Leader Location: HWL head office JAFZA Job Requirements: Sound knowledge and at least two years’ experience in the industry (both Air & Sea required). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Hellogic experience (or experience with other systems) Duties and Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect. Ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible. Assist in the development of new business with existing customers. Effectively communicate customer expectations to internal departments. Contribute towards the development of the company QMS. Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies / CS procedures. Conduct all activities with due diligence Ensure timely planning and internal execution of the shipment in line with customer expectations; Ensure accuracy and correctness of customer billing rates and estimated costs in Hellogic; Look for ways to improve profits, by selling additional or value added services & ensure customer retention. Actively taking part in team building and CIP activities.
