Customer Service Representative Type: perm location: simei salary: UP TO $2200 working hours: 5.5days office hours, alt sat Principal Purpose of Job: To provide excellent accessibility and first call resolution to customers, and to maximize available revenue opportunities for the business whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Tasks / Activities / Responsibilities: ¨ Provide customers with friendly and professional communication during inbound call transactions ¨ Advise accurate information based on customers’ needs ¨ Identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customer’s requirements ¨ Input transactional information and system entries in an accurate and timely manner ¨ Prepare and analyze monthly reports Education & Experience: ¨ GCE ’O’ Levels with pass in English, GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma ¨ Minimum one year experience in a customer service or contact centre environment Skills / Competencies: ¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office ¨ Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to handle Mandarin speaking customers) ¨ Basic selling skills to up-sell and convert enquiries ¨ High degree of initiative & accuracy, able to work in a fast pace environment ¨ Team player with strong organizational & coordination skills To apply, kindly send your resume to [email protected] or SMS *Customer* to 87384854. 13C6391 R1109890
