Customer Service Tip: When a company does something totally messed up and youre infuriated, instead of getting on the phone and screaming, be polite, patiently explain what happened, and if you arent given resolution, politely ask for a manager. If youre EXTREMELY nice, and equally persistent, you will get anything you want. If you scream or come on the phone with intention of just complaining, you arent going to get anywhere, and nobody is going to listen to you.
