Customer Story Of The Day - short story: I am working as Head Cashier, and I have to assist a Cashier with a Customer who wishes to use a coupon. I end up having to call my Manager, who agrees with me. Yes, the Customer only has a printout of a coupon, maybe a photocopy. Yes, its from another store, not us. Yes, its expired. Yes, thats correct, the Customer wants us to give her a substantial discount because she has a photocopy of an expired coupon from another store. Yes. Uh-huh, gotcha. Thanks. No, Im so sorry Maam, but we cannot accept this coupon. Honestly, do people do this at other stores, or is it just me?
