Customer: When i was talking to them i never agreed to any ((name omitted))! Me: Ok sir, well there is an easy way to look into that. We record all of our calls and can check.... (check record) Me: ...Im sorry sir, there is no recording. You ordered this product at our website. Customer: Thats right, and i told it I didnt want any auto-shipment programs! Me: Im sorry sir, you told it? Customer: Yes, When I was talking to my computer and placing my order, i told it i idnt want any auto-shipment stuff. Me: Im very sorry sir. You were talking to your computer? Customer: Yeah, why? Me: Computers dont talk, sir. They cant understand you when you talk. Customer: what? Me: and even if it did. How did you tell i you didnt want an auto-shipment program that you said you didnt know about until i just told you about it? Customer: Look! I told it i didnt want anything automatic when i ordered it! Are you going to give me my money back for this stuff. Me: (trying very hard not to laugh) No, we cant give you your money back for that. Customer: You theives! I cant believe you people! You just take money out of peoples accounts whenever you want!
