Customer service and the storefront, what is the purpose of having the storefront if the only service you offer is telling me to go home and look it up on the internet and order it myself, or handing me a phone number to call and ask if you even carry the part i am looking for. Not to mention starting to help me then telling me to wait while you help the customer on the phone call that just came in. Apparently i should stop trying to shop for things in person,or better yet i will stop shopping all together at your store, online, in person, or by phone. I dont expect you to cater to my every need, but i do expect some form of effort to help out. I guess the question at hand, what exactly is customer service, as all i find are employees who can barely work a register and only focus is a futal attempt to sell me on credit cards that i dont want? End rant.
