Cute relationship between a police officer and a punk that starts with the officer being obsessed with taking the punk to jail but the punk repeatedly does stuff to make the officer notice him and give him tickets and the officer stays around the punk to make sure he/she isnt acting up and they cant date because the punk is borderline wanted by the law and the officer would be beaten relentlessly if the punk group found out or it doesnt even have to be a punk it could be a drug dealer or something idk man its late.
