Cycling family, recently Ive gotten a lot of questions and given feedback on training. I thought Id share my first targeted Zone 2 ride of the offseason. The ride was based off of LTHR (Lactate Threshold Heart Rate) and power was disregarded. I wanted to show the contrast between training based on HR versus Power. I will share a similar Zone 2 ride based on FTP (Functional Threshold Power) in the future. Geek out and enjoy.
