Cymbalta Detox - day 14 (or so). Leveling off pretty well now at 30mg, half the prescribed dosage. Slept great last night (new CPAP mask), flu is subsiding, brain zaps seem to have stopped. Stress levels up a bit, but feel some energy and emotions returning. Osteoarthritic/knee pain is constantly there but tolerable - granted, Im not bowling and have been resting it as much as possible for 3 weeks. The plan is to maintain this dosage for the next 7 days or until the ringing in my ears stops. The ringing seems to be a very good indicator and primarily optically related.
