Cynthia Renee Villagomez-Soriano here is the bread recipe I made the other night: No- knead Artisan Bread 3 cup flour, more for dusting 1 packet Instant yeast granules 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 cup Warm tap water 2 tablespoon seasonings, herbs or rubs 1. In a large 4 qt. stainless mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water, stirring until blended; dough will be shaggy and sticky. Cover bowl with towel. Let dough rest about 3-4hours at room temperature. (Dough will have almost doubled) 2. Liberally flour a pastry mat or cutting board, place dough on it; sprinkle it with a little more flour and fold dough over on itself 3 or 4 times. Put a piece of parchment paper in DCB and place dough on top of it, cover and let stand on the counter for 30-60 mins to rise. 3. If you like, brush with a flavored oil or just leave plain. Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes with the lid off, bread should be golden brown on top. Cool on rack.
