Cyprus Training Tour - Paphos I had a great time training the team members of D&N Veterinary Clinic. The training was about Quality Customer Service to Build Loyal Customers. I had a great time with everyone but there was something different with this team. What was different about this training is that their customers where not people but animals. So even if their animal-customers dont really understand the quality of customer service provided to them it was so obvious that they do really care about their animal-customers. They repeatedly said that we do what is best for the animal and might not be the most convenient for the dog-owner. That statement make it clear that they do really care about animals and they take seriously their job. My question to all business owners is: Are you doing what is best for your customer even if they dont really understand what you are offering to them? If the answer is yes then you are the right track because believe me in the long run it pays off. That is also the case of D&N Veterinary clinic where in time of economic crisis their business is booming. So stop making an excuse and reduce your service to your customers because they dont get it and start finding ways to increase your customer service because some people (or animals) they do get it!
