EXERCISE ORDER ⚫️SIDE LEG LIFT PLANKS-advanced? No problem add push-ups ⚫️SIDE PLANK-Hold each side for 30 seconds REST FOR 30secs ⚫️AB CIRCLES-workout every muscle with controlled circles (25 one direction) rest for 15 seconds ⚫️AB CIRCLES-25 the opposite way. Advanced people sit up while controlling circles! Anyone who has any suggestions or comments on how we can better our videos to your liking or getting you more involved let us know until tomorrow✌️
