D E L L ! OMFG ! ! If you have to buy a new computer because XP is dying . . . . Buy a Dell ! Their customer support team is excellent. They came online and moved all my old files to a hard drive, then moved them onto the new computer for me. They call back at a scheduled time to continue, and do that again, until all problems are resolved. They would have helped me install Office and Norton, but I was able to manage that by myself. They answered all my questions, guiding me through setting up adjustments on my new computer. How to find things, what to do. If you are having any problems with the death of XP, you want to turn to Dell. They will make it happen.
