D.O.M.S (Delayed Onset of Muscular Soreness) - If you train hard you know all about them! The day or two after a big session you feel like you have been hit by a bus and its pure agony! Recently I purchased a product called T.D.T Recovery Spray. At first I was skeptical I didnt think a spray could help prevent the aches and pains that I have learnt to put up with over the years. That day, I trained hard, squatted a lot and then used the product as advised on the label. I woke up the following morning and was a bit sore but not half as much as usual. Again being the skeptical individual I assumed maybe I hadnt pushed myself hard enough and it couldnt have possibly been the spray....I thought this until the next session that I forgot to use the spray....the DOMs I had the day i forgot to use the spray were so so painful the stairs were an epic battle to negotiate!!!...... I havent forgotten to use it since! I follow a lot of the work that the creator Ben Coomber does and this was purely the only reason I would try such a product.
