D R Congo, Uganda, Rwanda & Burundi must consolidate their politics By Ntarugera Deo Koya Ntarugera Deo Koya; Political, diplomatic affairs and Communication Consultant; Phone: +250 78868575 DR Congo, Uganda, Rwanda & Burundi governments must sort out sinister matters that have rendered human, cultural, economic and civil life impossible for the Congolese Banyargwanda over the past 20 years If they can’t do so, then the peoples mandating them aided by friends, institutional and individual, must as of duty, right and law, take responsible actions to ensure the 20 year long calamities suffered by Banyargwanda mums & babies, old folks & infants, young girls and boys, dehumanized/disheartened parents, are brought to an end. DR Congo president Kabila, Rwandan president Kagame, Ugandan president Museveni and Burundian president Nkurunziza in particular have the prime onus or responsibility as regards said unspeakable tragedies that have crushed the lives and rights of Congolese citizens that used to belong to the Rwandan kingdom prior to the 1884-1885 Berlin Conference gangsters’ depolitization & partition of Africa. Well, the irresponsible UN & the uncertain international community are legally bound to preclude and/or stop massive suffering and death of populations estranged from their homeland by natural or manmade calamities. Depoliticizing, partitioning Africa and throwing the spoils to colonial wolves — so called colonial powers now in a formidable mess–has had untold tragedies, ladies and gents: time has come to dismantle the legal structures distorting the face and heart of Africa, enslaving African peoples at home and abroad. A new international must as of necessity be charted now to free Africans from the chains inherited from the Berlin Conference, the versatile treaty establishing the League of Nations(1919), The San Francisco treaty establishing the UNO, the OAU treaty (1963) & the African Union charter (2002). Freeing Africa is freeing the world. Africa would now be coming to the rescue of the crumbling western world if she had been free.
