D and D are home. They, along with every other person who watched the competition in Las Vegas, are confused about what happened in the semi-finals. Apparently, one team kept calling field fouls, and there was no way to prove if it happened or not, so they kept replaying the matches until that team won. The bots were being pushed to the max, playing one match after another after another, heating up with each match, and then needing to be cooled down with liquid spray. And the drive team was exhausted and frustrated which led to some errors. I am sure they will go over it all tomorrow night, but from what D & D are telling me, it sounds like they should have won semi-finals. They dont think they could have won against the winning alliance though. In the end, they went, they played hard, they did great, they learned. Now theyll take everything they learned and figure out how to apply those lessons to St. Louis.
