D i s c l a i m e r: Recently a member posted some external and interior photos of an abandoned supermarket in Egg Harbor City. In the comments section of those posts one of our members tagged two council members of the Egg Harbor city Historical Society. While Im sure he had no harmful intentions and did not realize what he was doing he may have inadvertently caused problems for both the original poster and the group. Though we have all been guilty of this is at one time or another, technically the original poster committed the act of trespassing in taking these pictures. And the EHC Historical Society frowns on that. Therefore I am forced to post the following disclaimer. This group does not officially condone the act of trespassing. Private property should always be respected and permission should be obtained from the legal owners of the property before entering said property. If you choose to trespass on someones private property you do so at your own risk. This group cannot and will not be held legally responsible for any consequences that arise as a result of amember being caught trespassing. In most cases you can legally take pictures of a building or place from the street or sidewalk but if you intend to enter that building or enter private property it is advised that you obtain permission from the legal owners first.
