DADADOU is just 2 years old, from Canarsie, Brooklyn. He came in with another cat, a female, CHUPETTE (A1025386). He came in because his former owner was moving and yet, hes totally freaked out, scared to death, and because of it got a NEW HOPE rating. Hes named for a small area of the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, and there is a chance that this cat, when one reads between the lines, wasnt cared for - he was dumped when his previous owner moved. For some people, cats are a distraction for children, for some, a way to control a rodent population, and for others, who knows...but DADADOU is in much danger tonight, and will die tomorrow. Hes an innocent victim, and because he was too frightened and swatted at an assessment counselor he didnt know, he has a rating that without someone to see past that fear, will earn him death - for without a foster, a rescue wont be able to pull him and thats the only way for him to get out of there alive. Tonight I have my own former NEW HOPE rated cat - a former Death Row cat that lies close to me and purrs. Her reveal as a miracle cat who loved people took all of 6 weeks. Wont you give this boy a chance? Hes very handsome and with a little time, this young guy will be your best friend. Please save DADADOU tonight! He doesnt have another night - and they kill NEW HOPE cats first.
