There are different CRITERIA OR QUALITIES OR REQUIREMENTS expected 4rm somebody to b employed to work in a company. Different companies or organizations or institutions differ in dia MODUS OPERANDI, hence, some employ anybody wit SSCE CERTIFICATE & ABOVE, some others only GRADUATES, some graduates wit second class upper & 1st class, still some prefer Master Degree Holder or Doctorate, some wont employ u no matter ur degree except u have 5years working experience & above. Brethren, some even employ mainly those 4rom dia tribe, culture, language, some employ u bcoz of your natural endowments & beauty/handsomeness, still some employ bcoz of dia selfish & interior motives, etc! Furthermore, in every vocation too(Priesthood, Religious life, Married & Single life), criteria are considers bf decisions/selections are made. Hence, d importance of INTERVIEWS CANNOT BE OVEREMPHASIZED TO KNOW IF CANDIDATES HAVE D PROPER REQUIREMENTS OF D COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION. Brethren, d question that therefore looms large after d above consideration is, WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES OF HEAVEN? Will having millions in my account, several mansions, fleets of cars, chains of concubines, powerful connections around d world, occupying d top most & best positions in life, receiving titles & degrees, ability to have travelled around d world GET ME TO HEAVEN? What about obedient to d 10commandments, commitment to my daily devotions, my novenas, pilgrimages, daily attendance @ Mass, avoiding temptation & sin? THESE ONES ARE GOOD, BUT ONE MORE THING IS NEEDED, love for our brothers & sisters. A LOVE THAT IS ACTIVE, NOT PRETENTIOUS, NOT IN WORDS BUT DEEDS.
