DAILY RANT: On the morning after the typhon in the Philipines, OUR grand TODAY Show news media reported that the country had made it thru the storm with an unexpected low damage and approximately 100 deaths ... the next day other world news organizations reported, BBC, China Public News, and others, showed damage, and actual survivors pleading with the world for help, but still the US news media played off the disaster as minimal ... NOW they say that the Country is near a total loss, with possibly 10,000 deaths, lootting, people starving, in need of water, shelter and medical supplies..people still missing.. Who and what gives the media in this country the power to play off such a disaster, untill they can use it to distract the American people from the issues of such a ignorant goverment as we have!!! The whole hiding of this storm was selfishly planned tby so-called leaders take the heat off the president and his stupid health care... We need to take our country back, to the honest place we once lived!!!
