DAILY SPECIALIZATION... 20/15/10... This video of me hitting a 1RM of 140kgs on the bench press was taken this past Saturday. 20 days previously my one rep max was 130kgs. In 20 days I benched 15 times or 15 days out of 20 days and managed to put 10kgs onto my 1RM. I also gained a little over one inch on my chest measurement, which Im pretty happy about. Ill do another 2-3 weeks of this training for the bench, and in the new year use the same approach on a new exercise. Possibly the squat.
