DAILY VICTORY DEVOTIONAL MONDAY OCTOBER 6, 2014. TOPIC: KEEP PRESSING GOLDEN SCRIPTURE: Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended; but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus - Philippians 3: 13 - 14. If you must remain relevant in life, you must keep moving on. Life is designed to function in progression. When life is void of progress, frustration and stagnation set in. Where you are today and what you have already achieved is not yet the maximum for your life. There is always room for achievement if you will press further. Paul in our golden scriptures tells us that there is juice in the orange of life but until we squeeze it, we cannot enjoy it. Life will not yield itself to you until you put pressure on it. As delicate as child bearing is, pressure is still required if the baby will see the light of the day. You have a great potential in God but until you apply pressure, you will die a mediocre. Paul shows us something we must not miss as we walk through this day. To fully grasp your future, you must completely release your past whether it was negative or positive. You can only make a mark in life when you put pressure on life. You can only fully release and realize your maximum potential when you apply pressure. The time to wake up and face life with Zeal and enthusiasm is now. PRAYER: Lord my prayer today is that you energize me to press into my place in destiny.
