During that time i was attending a Pentecostal church where my father was the musical director and mother worship leader. in the early days of the church we didnt have a drummer, only a keyboardist, a bass player and 3 vocals, so my dad decided to take me to OMAC (Otara music arts centre) to learn the drums for my 8th birthday present. Walking into the centre my father asked the tutors how much it would cost per lesson, an he said prices range from 12 to 15 dollars per hour depending on age, an the tutor saw me said to my father that i was to young, students have to be at the age of 12 an over.
