DAP - The unconstitutional WHATS NEXT? The President breached his oath of office. As It says I do solemnly swear that i will faithfully execute the office of the Phils, and will do the best of my ability to preserve, protect and defend the constitution.....AND now, that DAP is UNCONSTITUTIONAL whats next Mr President? You are under oath that you are going to defend the constitution, but what you did is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL Instead of living up to his oath, Pres Noy has actively attempted to subvert, ignore and completely destroy most parts of the constitution, and i believe he is completely aware of his intention. DAP unconstitutionality is not the first impeachable offense of the President. 1. Noynoy has appointed numerous people to cabinet level positions, without the consent and advice of the senate as is required by the constitution-These individuals, are given extraordinary power and an independent funding and are not under the scrutiny of congress. Despite of the term CZAR as PANOT calls them, czars does not make them legal. He has also made illegal recess appointments of other members of his cabinets that required senate approval. The President has no constitutional authority to do this. 2. Noynoy also push the RH Bill, that he was fully aware was unconstitutional due to the violations of right to freedom of religion. He ordered to provide contraceptives to public, is in fact a direct violations of religious teachings. These three offenses and misdemeanors is the intentional violations of the oath of office administered to the President. Please keep in mind that, We have six Impeachable Offenses 1987 constitution 1.Culpable violation of constitution 2.Treason 3.Bribery 4.Graft and Corruption 5.Other High crimes 6.Betrayal of Public Trust. Now the question, Will it be possible to, or should i say, Will there be an impeachment and conviction in the current congress? Probably not, since it takes a two third vote from congress and a two third vote from the senate to convict and impeach Noynoy. With his control of the Senate and Congress and as we all know, most of them are equally guilty of some impeachable offenses, they will resist it..
