DAY 100!!!!! Its hard to believe it but the big day is finally here. Today is one of those major milestones in my recovery process as it marks the point where they feel most complications are behind me. God has been so good to me and protected me from getting any additional illnesses. I have had only one episode that caused me to be admitted to the hospital and that was for only one night. They told us to expect two or three stays in the hospital the first 100 days. We now visit OHSU only one day a week for follow up. Soon they will cut us back to every other week. The doctors continue to be pleased with my progress and I feel stronger every day. I still need to be very careful about contact with people, especially crowds. My immune system is still not 100%. Hopefully I will get the okay to go back to church soon, I have missed being able to attend in person. We praise God for his continued provision and protection. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and support. The love we have felt has been a huge part of my recovery. 100 days! Full remission! No cancer! The love of friends! An awesome family! An AMAZING wife! GOD IS GOOD!
